Black Marketing Of Gas Cylinders

Dear Sir/Madam,

Hello & Good Day!

This is in regards of my concern about my problem, i am facing from last two months by Bharat Gas agency service. Actually, I have purchased the service of gas from April this year and when only the day when i purchase the service first, I got the cylinders. But after that when one of my cylinders have finished, immediately i have booked another cylinder as well.

According to rules, within 10 days they supply the cylinder to the customer, but bad part is, when we have gone with empty cylinder to them they just denied to refill it and said that you can check with us in another 3 to 4 days. Same happened after 3-4 days, moreover they have said that they won't give any cylinder though they had lots as they claim these cylinder are not for Bharat Gas consumers, but to sell black with increased amount of Rs. 800/-.

Simply, i must say it was a sarcastic job, had done by them and how can they do that. I am really surprised to see the people of big departments and even many renowned personalities are a part of it. Merely it was an act of full corruption for sure.

I have already talked to District supply officer as well and that too twice and still i have a receipt of it with me. Now, please let me know, is it the right way to treat up with a customer, is it good to openly spread corruption by charging 800 in order to 380/- Rs only.

Now, please try to guide me in right way and take a strong step as well against them, so that they should learn to treat in a healthy way with customers and corruption can be stopped by this way.

Hoping for a quick reply as this action has effected me mentally a lot and i have great trust on you.
