Subject:- Greavnces against your berth allotment system.
Dear Sir
Thorough this letter I am drawing your attention towards a classical problum of your berth allotment system.
I have booked a ticket on 05.03.12 bearing PNR no.8554111664 to travel on 18.05.12 in First AC for 4 persons. At time of booking the status reported by your system was confirm however a day before the travel it was astanishing to learn that we are given two berths in A cabin and two berths in H cabin.
We are 4 members in my family and it was asumed that we will get all the births in same cabin for the safety of our family.
Please explain me –
1. Why we were not booked in same cabin.
2. What is the fun in booking in so advance?
3. Who is responceble for the safety of my doughter who are booked in different cabin.
4. Why I should not get the entire money back for the inconvinance because of your faulty system.
I will be pleased to have your comment on the above matter as soon as possible.
