Domestic indane gas
Exordinary delay in supply of gas

Sir, My consumer number is 40254 in the name of PrabaRaghunathan. The gas supplier is Ranee gas agency. I had booked the refill gas on 09/09 at 9.00AM through IVRS .The refill booking No.is 289175.On 20th September at around 3.55 PM i received a message saying that the refill cash memo No.9172 is generated and the Cylinder will be deliverd shortly. But till date 24th of Sep.2011 i had not received thge cylinder and i am not getting any response even if i give call on phone to the agency.

It is rediculous to say that the refill takes more than 15 days which is not acceptable at any given reason atleast in metros like Chennai. It looks as though that the delay is purposely exercised only to trouble the customers. I request that this matter be sorted out immediately please.
