Drainage problem

I am Dr Saurabh Varma, resident of 132 A DDA Flats, Pkt-12, Jasola Vihar, New Delhi.

we have sewer water logging problem and water logging problem behind our flat as we are on Ground floor. when we ask sweeper to clean it, they demand handsome money, we call sweeper on personal bsisis and pay it but its problem now and then. perhas there is blockage somewhere which creates problem now and then. kinldy chk because its causing shelter for mosquitoes, and various diseses. this sewer receives water of lavatory and bathroom of 6 flats in a block (132 A, B, C ahd 131 A, B and C). kindly rectify it as soon as possible to prevent the break down of any diesese.
