Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is the third letter i'm writing to you to take action against the residents residing not in his area but also cut. They have cut all the trees outside their gate and poured tar on the area so that there is no further growth. This is a criminal offense, if it is not tackled others will follow suit. The neighbours have complaint to your department. Some workers did show up some time back and after talking to the residents of B - 364, did nothing but picked up the cut trees and vanished. VERY SHAMEFUL

Please take immediate action.
