Here in the area of hemavathi extn. of K.R.Pet town Mandya district. one nellikaayi (kannada word of the furit/net) tree is grown in between two houses exactly at free space b/n the 2 houses but one of the owner (lady with her family members with relatives want to cut that tree without good intension/reason but other house owner she is also a lady with her son are some what social concerned persons, who want to protect the nellikayi tree for good surrounding environment with clean air and fruits/nets which is also useful for all residenced people around the tree but lady owner and her supporters using illegal activates to control the persons who are against the cutting of tree, this issure becoming major issure here so as a environmental concern person I am asking your legal suggetion in this regard which can be taken by any people to protect the tree.
