Era Landmark Devine court project 76
Cheeting with the end user by showing the wrong broche

I purchased my only property in Era Devine court, Faridabad, Sec -76 with lots of hope that It will be my dream house. I trust on every promise made by Era Devine Court for there selling project. I trust them as most of them were the part of brochure also. I chose my flat which was park facing in brochure. Latter Era has built the illegal flats (44 flats) into the very same park and when we approach them they refused to demolish those illegal construction.

Latter, they told us that they did not shown us the correct brochure. They sold there project by producing the fake version of brochure.

Our all effort could not make any impact on them as they are telling that they are doing correct..

I am really disheartened as its mockery of our law system... looks like that every third company took the advantage of loos system.

I will be really grateful if some one from government body could took the matter at the high level and punish the culprit like Era landmark company who really don't bother about the hard earned money of end users.

I will not deter with my remarks made against Era landmark.
