Poor service under AMC

We have an Annual Maintenance Contract with the Eureka Forbes company under customer id 1004822708, contract receipt No. 16616081, valied from 26/06/09 to 25/06.

Inspite of their promise for maintenance every half yearly, the service is not taken up periodically, . The telephone number given on the AMC contract sheet is not responding to our ennumerable trials. This is causing immense inconvenience to us.
