Genpure Ultima Plus
The Product is useless

I brought Genpure Ultima plus, it worked fine within a warranty period and it started leaking. Regular complaints with the dealer regarding the issue has put us in dilemma. We have not had the technician visit our place and resolve the issue. The dealer address is
