Genpure - Ultima
Not working within one month

I bought the product on 25-09-09. throught the dealer address-Real value Marketing, Egmore Chennai.model no Genpure Ultima-SL. No. ULTIMA-103147. from the day one we have been facing so many problem which was not at all rectified.the lid was broken, then dust present inside the pure water, few ants floating, then now its not even switching on, dealer sre of no help, instead they are aragent, please help, we spent more then 10000 for this and of no use.
