Repeated failure of the parts and function

I have purchased a RO UV Minerals water purifier system of make GENPURE (Ultima model). I was misguided by a known dealer M/s Bulbul Udyog, Vijayanagar Hinkal, Mysore to purchase this. with in 6 months of purchase, we have faced so many complaints in it and it was attended. The unit is working so badly with failure of various parts with in the warranty period. since 1 week the unit is stopped to work and the same has been infromed to the dealer, he has sent his service personnel to attend after 3 days of complaint and said that the adopter is failed and asking us to relace by paying for it. The dealer is asked to take care of the repair as it is in the warranty, but he is denying to take care by stating no electrical or electronic items are covered under the warranty. Please suggest us the next step
