Battery replacement

Myself Sabyasachi Roy, purchased a Pure it Compact model: RPBC100001386 from a kirana store and when I am going to change the battery of the purifier, there is no reply from your customer service desk. Everytime I am calling to them and they are showing to distributor/deler... what is this??? If, you are launching any new product to the market, there should be a proper information to your customer service people.

By the name of HUL, I purchased the product... but, after purchasing only I can understand..what mistake I did!!!

If any person is reading my mail, expect a proper action on it.

When I went there yesterday, the person told me he will bring it, but Rs.250/ above will be the charges, where as the original price is Rs.175/...tell me, if Company can't provide the parts to the customers, why they are selling the product???
