Non supply of LPG

Dear Sir,

I am very sorry to inform you, that even after booking the gas 15 days in advance, still I am unable to get the supply. My consumer No. 618641/ Rukmani gas agency/CBE. When ever I contacted, that it will take another 2 or 3 days. I find the supply of LPG at coimbatore is very very bad. I have not seen any where in Tamil Nadu like this. I was at Erode, Jolarpettai, Chennai. I have not suffered like this. The response from the shop is also very rediculous. They are replying as they like. I suspect that they are selling the gas to the out side of the people and looting the money like anything. Kindly look into the matter and proper reply may be given. Action may be taken against the agency. If nothing is going to happen I am prepared to go to consumer court.
