Irregularity in supply of domestic gas cylinde

To whomsoever it may concern.

dear sir/madam

i undersign wish to inform you the irregularities and mismanagement of the indane gas domestic gas cylinder supplier in our city.

myself having consumer number 1329, have booked for cylinder refill on 22/02, they told me that we will get the refill cylinder within seven days.on 24/02 we were out of the house for marketing and gas refilling delivery person came to my house, as we were not present they went away.since then daily they promise me that they will sent it today.but till date i am yet to get the cylinder.on 05/03 i had a talk with the gas booking boy & told him that i will complain this matter to the seniors, in turn he told me do what ever you want.this sort of matters has been repeatedly done by management in the past also, we are been harassed for no reasons.if such type of replies & services we get from responsible persons, then being an outsider in this state we are helpless & we will have to look for other means and alterntives.
