Not alloting new cylinders

Hello,

I have applied for a new gas connection on July. It is October 26th and I have not yet alloted a cylinders for my home usage. Management at Mahamaya Indane Indore are just delaying giving various reasons. Circumstances around me are provoking me to get cylinders from illegal channels. I can't bear more pain and bound to do something which is not right in values. Please help.
