My name is H.Padmanabhan. i am consumer of Indane Domestic lpg with M/s Kitchen LInks. Indane gas agency at robertsonpet, Kolar Gold Fields.. Kolar District, Karnataka. my consumer Number is 9729. I have double cylinder connection. I have booked for refill on 23/1 and the Kitchen links lpg provider has made the cash bill on the same date ..but delivered the cylinder only on 1

2012. When i tried to book order for refill of the second cylinder online i was instructed to book on 13

2012. But when i telephoned the kitchen links lpg [provider they have refused to book refill order for the second cylinder.. telling that they will book order only after 30 days from the previous delivery

then that becomes a single cylinder delivery. What is the purpose of me having double cylinder? But
