Delay in supply of LPG after booking

Respected sir,

I'm Subitha Sahajan, (IOCL customer no.11412) availing your services from Sangameswara indane services, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur dist, kerala. I had booked LPG on 17th october but has not yet recieved LPG cylinder. This complaint is to bring this issue to your notice. Kindly do the necessary at the earliest.
