Abnormal delay in LPG supplies!

I booked for a refill of my Domestic Gas Cylinder on 03-01. I was told that it will take 15 days. When I contacted them on telephone on 17-01 they told me that I will get it on Tuesday i.e. 19-01.When I did not receive it on that day I contacted them on phone again on 20-01.2010. This time I was told that it will take another 3 days. Now on 24-10 (Sunday) I am still waiting for the cylinder at 16:00 Hours. Tomorrow is Monday, when they observe their weekly day Off and day after tomorrow is Holiday for Republic Day. I still don`t

know how much more time they will take after this waiting of 24days. They will book the new refill only after 21 days from the date of delivery. It means, even if they deliver it on 27th I will not be able to book my new refill before 45 days of the last booking date. Due to uncertainty of the next delivery time the Gap between the two consecutive bookings will keep on increasing thereby rendering it useless to have two cylinders. The 21 Days gap between the two bookings should be maintained from the Date of Booking and not from the Date of Delivery- which is not certain and difficult for them to maintain. I would not assign other REASONS for Abnormal Delays in LPG supplies as they are well known to the authorities and the public.
