Repetition of the paid bill in the subsequent billst

It is regretful to put on record that inspite of repeated phone calls to the consumer care number 011-45195959 there has been repeated message of " Your call is valuable ..." with no response. All the phone numbers stated overleaf of bill also don't respond. I feel hassled that I am unable to register my complaint. Even phone number 1800-11-2535 does not exist. I have already made the payments of the bill Invoice No.100003034952 but it is reflecting in the subsequent bills and I am unable to register my complaint. I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authority. to respond to the complaint.
