Double cylinde

Hi,

I have applied for double cylinder and I have got the intimation/confirmation letter on 28th June. Whenever I call to Muthu agencies office or inquire in office they ask me to come next week since there is no empty cylinder. The same response I am hearing from past 3 months. Even I have got the intimation letter and approval, I am not able to get the cylinder. can anyone please let me if there is any officer/manager contact number where I can reach out and expedite my request?
