About money deducted but ticket not sent

Hi

I was trying to book a ticket on IRCTC portal on 4/08 (time 10.30am) from Bangalore to Hubli on Solapur Express. The Rs 759 from my credit card is deducted but the ticket did not come, i got sms from my HDFC card saying the money is deducted from my account,

I again tried 2nd time to book the same ticket again the Rs 759/- is deducted from my credit card but ticket did not come.

IRCTC has taken two times Rs759, ie total 1498/- but the ticket has not come.

Request you to refund my money to my account.
