Stains on the garments given to them

We give the costly garments to the Khushboo Drycleaners, wadgaon sheri, Pune. While giving the cloths, there are no stains on the garments. But while reciving the same. there are stains on it. We return the same for rewash twice. But they are unable to clear the same. The stains are like a chemical action on clothes.

Now they are taking the stand, that the stains are already on the clothes at the time of same recieved by them. The cost of the clothes are upto Rs. 7, 000- and they didnt giv me any bill as well and my garment is with them and they r not ready to return. now when i m trying to call them their number is not reachable. please help.
