I got the nesserary message after getting the do not disturbe scheme

I am costumer of Airtel from more than eight years these date I get the necessary message even after getting the do not disturbed scheme. Mostly I get the message from BA-560007 they have sending the message at any time and the same message repeated again and again to my both the Mobile numbers i.e. 9810834390 and 9818847890. Kindly short out the problem at the earliest.
