Shoes damaged at the soles

I bought my shoes on 6 April and i am really disappointed because of the soles of the shoes. I have bought it not even a week and the soles have been tore out. I bought it for 800rupees and there was a offer that time that if the soles of the shoes will come out they would change it. When i went there back to change my shoes they told me that i have to give them the payment bill but by mistake i have lost it somewhere and they told me to send a mail to you and request. I hope you can help me out in this.
