No proper response on queries

The program for remittance of AIEEE exam fee on-line, is not working. I tried to pay via debit & credit card both, but each time it gives error. On the error page it suggests to contact "SOME CONTACT NO." While contacting on the nos. provided at the website, either the nos. are busy or go unanswered. Once somebody picked up the no. 22239179, but suggested another no. 22246087. When this no. got through after repeated attempts, another no. (22246095) was given. Which is either busy or unanswered. Everyone is just trying to pass the buck. No one is seriously trying to understand the plight of the candidates and they are getting frustrated. Even the emails given in contact details belong to some non-relevant pitams and shyamlal, from where you can hope to get reply in eternity. Will HRD Ministry look into it and take some action against these non-performing idiots.
