Fees refund

Dear Sir,

we had taken an admission for our son in this school in nursery class for the period from june to nov. for which we had paid them the fees of rs: 31000/- on 20/3. as this school is only till SR.KG we were also trying in other school. and fortunately we got the addmission in Universal School Tardeo, in may before taking addmission we had informed the principal of childrens nook school that as we have to secure admission for our child in the high school we are trying in other schools. as soon as we got the admission in that school in may we informed the principal regarding that and we asked for refund for which she told us that we will get the refund once the school reopens as the vacations were going on at that time. So after the shool reopened we tried to contact the management, but the management people even after many followups didnt gve us any appointment, so we approached the principal for the same, and after many followups they gave us the refund of only Rs:10000/- and they decuced Rs:21000/- which was not at all acceptable on asking them the reason they replied us that this is the schools policy that we donot give any refunds, you are lucky to even get this amount.
