For exams hall ticket didnt gave

Myself srikanth pursuing graduation. my sister did hotel mangement. while doing her final year due to the fee dues they didnt gave ur sister hall ticket to wrote her exams .many times my mom, sister, pardonded them but she didnt recognised their words scolded them in the dirty words.my sister didnt wrote final year exams.half of the fee is cleared also . but she didnt gave her hall ticket . now my sister required her memos certificates... so i kindly requesting u please take a action on them and give ur sister certificates.
