Semester fee paid already but till not update the Hall ticket details,

when i am finding thro online that details shows

"You are not Permitted to write Term End Exam as you have not paid Reregistration Fee. For Hall ticket Please pay Reregistration Fee."

Kindly help me how to move forward.
