ILL TREATMENT BY K.K BAJAJ (Invigilator)

This Complaint is against IDP IELTS. First of all, they claim that they are well versed in speaking English. people don't even know how to speak proper English. On 14th September I had my speaking test scheduled at 10 A.M. They kept me waiting for 3 hours that we are doing verification of your Identity although I showed my Driving license to them for their surety. After 2.5 hours they called me up and mentioned it. I wasted almost 4 hours for 15 minute speaking test due to their ILL TREATMENT.

It added Insult to the Injury when they snatched my Reading Answer Sheet without me filling the answers. I filled in the sheet in which they provide complete questions and you have to transfer your answers in a separate sheet. I requested Invigilator K.K Bajaj to grant me just one minute so I can fill out that answer sheet, however, Mr. Bajaj insulted me in front of almost 100 people mentioning that he cannot even grant me 1 minute to fill in the answer sheet. I have submitted the complaint form with IELTS but don't know whether I will be getting any response or not. I wasted lot of time and money for nothing. To my surprise, K.K BAJAJ (IELTS Invigilator) said you can pay money again and re-appear. I said sir Please give me one minute before even they collected the papers from all students. They want me pay money again. I believe thats a rip off done by them.

Please help, It will be greatly appreciated.
