On August I have purchased 01 no of Aqua Guard Compact model of water purfier from authorised agent of Eureka Forbes (Mr. Abhimanyu Chavan, cell no 9324532361 and 9769799539). Payment was made by cheque. My residence is at Vikhroli (w) - Mumbai. Till today I have not recieved the Bill for the same. Also there are two free services after purchasing this purifier which were not given. I made several calls to the agent & also registered cumplaint of customer care help line no 3988 3333 of Eureka Forbes but till today not got any respose. Following are the details of complaint made:
