Frequentely swiches off

OUR SET IS NOKIA 6303, its imei no. 356036037001892 date of purchasing 10/08 after that guarantee extendet on 08/07 for one year, its registration pin no 30250001433072 and divice serial no.356036037001892 this mobile set autometicaly swiches off frequentely shown to nokia centre several times they use to format it and give it back, but the actual problems remain same i am fed up with this nokia set please suggest what to do, should we go other company set. I am user of nokia set since 10 years now i am helpless please do the needfull action.
