Nokia 6600
Unsatisfying service

I am using Nokia 6600 which had some problem and I took the same to the Nokia Care run by HCL in Sector 2 of Noida. I am given dates to collect my handset but when I used to reach there, the response was same "After 2 days". After 2 days I was told that the repairment can cost up to Rs. 300. I consulted the manager who was not entertaining customers for an unknown reason and was very misbehaving. They have repaired my set 3 times and just after 1 hr the same problem occurs again. Everytime they take 2 hrs to repair but never a satisfactory repair was done.
