Pathetic service!

I had given my Nokia 3250 for repair. Since i suddenly got a problem with the network. The phone was not catching network. I gave the phone on 9th of Aug at the Nokia care located in Indirangar & gave a delivery date of 17th Aug. The mobile is not under warranty. So they charged an initial fee of Rs 112. Even after frequent visits after the 17th the phone was not repaired. The kept telling that the phone has been sent to the head office for repair. The same story was told everytime. Finally today ie 29th of Aug i finally bursted out. After a lot of argument they told the mobile will be returned without being repaired. I agreed to it. But when that evening they returned the mobile and to my surprise the mobile was not even starting up. Forget about repairing it they spoil it even further. Now i cant even turn on the phone. And top of that they kept arguing telling that thats not their problem.

Does it make any sense???

At least expect to get the phone in the same condition as before... Isn't it a fair ask??? Trust me Nokia care is pathetic & ridiculous.
