Refund cheque not yet received, not response from local centre

I durgeshkumar chavan a past customer of reliance communication land line from karad (Maharashtra state) My phone no. is 02164 - 329807. I disconnect above phone on 3rd March by paying all bills. At that time local company center told me that i will get refund of connection amount 1000.00 within 2 month. Till i not received the amount. Now local company's response is not positive. Also in march i paid additional amount of @ 150.00 as a bill.
