I made a order of blackberry mobile from bag it today site group of india today book club... but i cancelled my order next day... i called customer care and they told me the procedure i followed the procedure and send a mail at response@bagittoday.com but no response i got from that... again i called and they gave me request no... after 10 to 15 days i made a call to customer and asked him what happened with my order... he told me i transfer ur request and gave me another request no... ok then again after 4 to 5 days i called... same again... i have three request forward number.but no response.i get even... i think they are froude company.
