REPLACEMENT

We purchased LG refrigerator (model No.245FFDG5) at Khammam, Andhra Pradesh, India on 13th October. Very next day, compressor get repair. We gave complaint at shop. They replaced with another one. But, it was also defective. It was got swetting from three sides and top. Again we gave complaint number of times orally. We went so many times to the Shop and Customer Service Centre of LG at Khammam and talk with Toll Free number of LG Electronics. Somebody coming and looking and going. But, no body giving any reply. Somebody saying, we cann't replace second time. Even they are not trying to repair. They said that, this is a major problem. Even after 5 months, problem was not settled by the company. Hence, please try to solve this problem
