No product no refund

Dear sir... i ordered a blackberry mobile from bag it today .but i cancelled my order and mail at response@bagittoday.com... but not got any response then through call to customer care again i cancelled my order and they have given me a request forward complaint no... then after 10 days i called back but condition was same my order was not cancelled... three time they given me request forward no... but yet no response i got... a lady from today group called me and told me that your order dispatched by mistake please dont receive.after that she told me that instructions of ur refund will forward to the bank and u will get ur refund with in 7 working days... even yet i havenot get my money back... so please help me out and pls make me assure when i wil get my money back... the details are
