Bag It Today
No reverse pickup and refund of money Rs 24999

My order id is 1004996155.After my previous complaint on this consumer court i received an e mail from Leela Rawat Online Support (Bag It Today) on 11 th Aug assuring me of a reverse pick up in 3-4 working days but nothing so far. On calling then they say it will be done in a week. It has been 2 months & i have not got my refund.

Cant imagine a India Today group would do this
