Poor customer service

Bought a Nokia E71 some time back. Recently, all of a sudden, incoming voice stopped coming. On approaching the Nokia Care centre at Hazratganj, Lucknow, they repaired it on 22nd Nov, stating that one of the IC's was damaged and charged Rs 450. But the very evening, the same problem has occured again. The main thing is that I am now out of station and will have to again pay if I go for the repairs, besides the mental tension and inconvenience caused by the irresponsible behaviour of the company employees.
