Fraudlant schems by BAFL

I have purchased one washing machine from local vendor from GANDHINAGAR through BAFL, I have been informed that there is a option to avail additinal one year warranty maintenaind by BAFL and for that I have to pay some more amount which will be considered in EMI.

The pruchase was made during the NOV 08 and we have paid all the dues including this fraudlant schema but till date we have not found any document, proof of covering the additional service, even sending so many mails and phone calls.

today after one year time, there is not a single response of call-back even in this regard, However the mails and the information has already reached to the office. it has been confirmed by them.

Now we need that money back with all the expense done in this regard as it has given so much of mental herrasement.
