Problem in fan replacement

I purchsed bajaj wall fan 7-8 from rastogi enterprises, meerut which caught fire while running, service centre put the tag on it for replacement but dealer gave back the blade & cover & told that only part which is totally damaged will be replaced by the company though at the time of purchase we were informed that fan is having on site warranty & full replacement will be given.
