Not delivery of my purchased items

I Mr. Seru Srinivas purchased the items of Refrigirator, Washing Machine on 25/12 from baja electronics. And i paid the total amount on same day. They told that they wil deliver the items on 26/12 by 3.00pm. but i didn't received my items till this time. I called them lot of times n i asked about the delivery. They saying that u didn't remembered about delivery n it will come it will come. But till this time i didn't get my items. I wasted my total time today. i get loss of pay today.
