I am a doctor working at NIMS, Punjagutta. I happened to buy a videocon 80L refrigerator on 27/11/09 which i was supposed to gift it to friend for his marriage. I Have payed them RS 6490 and asked them to deliver it to my place. They failed to do it for 15 days. they have been giving various reasons, like the product was defective, its out of stock and son on. Even the manager himself, Mr. Surya Prakash gave these reasons. After 15 days whwn i have gone down their personally, they claim its already delivered. They neither show me the delivery challan. I was made a fool. I was cheated of my money and time.
