I had purchased a LG REFRIGERATOR for Rs 20000/- from VIJAY SALES Camp, Pune on 10 May on Zero percent interest, however, processing fee Rs 500/- was charged by them. I made a payment of Rs 10000/- and balance amount was paid by PDCs in six EMIs which in Nov. It seems somewhere in the chain, instead of 6 EMIs data was fed as 8 EMIs and since Dec I am being harassed time and now for payment of extra 2 EMIs which I have refused to do so. Neither I am being issued with NOC. tHIS MATTER was raised with PUNE AREA SALES MANAGER Mr Keshav Kishore and he did follow up the case but the Legal Deptt is harassing us time and again.
