No demo given for the product and damage to newly bought product not address

The dealer Shree Geeta Electronics situated near hotel west's, G.T. Road, Panipat-132103 (Haryana) from whom we purchased one food processor under the name of Mr. M.A. Sheikh resident of H.No. 116/4, H/o Bishan Sarup Colony, Panipat-132103 (Haryana) dated 28/04 promised us that they would send man to give demo of the same but didn't do as promised and later when we asked them they suggested to consult the user manual and operate.

We tried and in the process there was some configuration problem and the cutter in the mixture jar came off.

We complained about the scenario and asked for mechanic, they promised but didn't act according to the promise once again.

We demand the necessary action be taken. Thank You.
