Dear sir

we had purchased a bajaj shakti geyser on oct '10 but after 2 mth of its purchase only it starting secreting some black liquid from the pipe, we have called so many service centres given in the pamphlet but none want to take the responsibility of maintaining the sold item, we are really in agony to whom to look for this to sort out, it seems bajaj company just want to sell the items without knowing what happens later on, which is not a mature and long lasting relationship practice with customer.
