Worst customer service

I had taken a new N70 moible few days back, and the next day i found that the panel was loose and the headset wasn't working. I went to the Nokia Care centre and complained them about the issues and asked them for the mobile replacement. Now its been almost 2months that i have not got my mobile, Whenever i call Nokia Care centre they either hang up the phone or tell me to come next friday or make some excuses. I am really fedup with the Nokia Care centre, Nokia being such a renound company, never expected such a bad response. I have been without a phone since last 2months, courtesy Nokia Care.
