Change of my set being delayed under waranty

Nokia,

Dear sir,

I had bought a nokia mobile N76 on dated-17.11.2007 from your chandigarh dealer nokia care, sec-17, for Rs. 16000/-

I am sorry to say in spite of spending so heavily on your nokia product there has been a complaint on your set of steel chipping out from its body. The set has been sent to your nokia service center, sec-35-A, Chandigarh, for replacement. But your dealer wants 15 to 20 days for replacement.

I dont have the budget of Rs.15 to 20 thousand to buy a stand back set for my self and my business is seriously being hampered by non availablity of mobile.

I would personaly like you look in to the matter which is very serious failing with I will be left with no choice but to file a case in the consumer court.
