I purchased a touch screen mobile from Bigadda through online shopping abhi 15 din bhi huye nahi or handset is not working.these companies cheat with customer showing huge discounts but actually the products are of third quality. i advice everyone never ever buy any product from BIGADDA or any other online company.my next step would be to launch complaint with grahak suraksha & if i wil not get fruitful result i will suit case against them.
