I HAVE PURCHASED MOBILE HANDSET FROM M/S RITWIK ENTERPRISE KOLKATA ON 23.05.2010 .

FROM 22.06.2010 IT STOPPED WORKING, I WENT TO RETAILER HE ASKED ME TO GOT TO REDINGTON SERVICE CENTRE. REDINGTON SERVICE CENTRE ISSUED WORK ORDER NO.CAL/BB/10/00340 DTD 23.06.2010 . TILL DATE NOTHING IS DONE .

I HAVE GONE THORUGHT THEIR PROCEDURE FOR GETTING SERVICE FOR SUPPLYING DEFECTIVE PIECE OR GETTING SERVICE FOR WARRENTY SEEMS TO BE VERY VERY COMPLICATED AS WELL AS NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER FRIENDLY . LOOKING INTO THIS I FIND THAT I MUST RAISE ISSUE TO PROPER FORUM & COMPANY RECTIFY THIS PRACTISES MUST APOLOGISE FOR THE HARRESMENT .
